RUBY / SAPPHIRE STARTERS
All of the starters have their weaknesses, and they also have their strengths!
Fire Starter
Torchic, the chick Pokémon (Ability: Blaze). Torchic eveolves into the fire/fighting type Combusken at level 16, and then the almighty fire/fighting Blaziken at level 36. Weakness against Mudkip (water types).
Water Starter
Mudkip, the Mud Fish pokémon (Ability: Torrent). Mudkip eveolves into the ground/water type Marshtomp at level 16, and then the ground/water type Swampert at level 36. Weakness against Treecko (grass types).
Grass Starter
Treecko, the Wood Gecko Pokémon (Ability: Overgrow). Treecko eveolves into the grass type Grovyle at level 16, and then grass type Sceptile at level 36. Weak against Torchic (fire types).
